Frank is a lifelong resident of Rhode Island.  He spent his childhood growing up in the Warwick area and has been happily residing in North Kingstown with his wife Jean and their two children, Kayla and Frank, Jr.  Frank has been the owner of Frank L. Bennett Construction and Remodeling company since 1983.  He has worked all over the state which has made him very familiar with the many different areas of Rhode Island.  Frank has been spotlighted on two separate occasions in the Rhode Island Monthly for renovation projects he has completed.  "With a lifetime of knowledge of homes and how they are built, along with the experience behind the Weichert, Realtors - Cress & Company team, has helped him to make your real estate journey a pleasant and gratifying experience.  Frank has been a licensed real estate agent since 2011.
